Avoid processed foods and, in particular, meat & dairy that contain added hormones.
Historically, a high fiber, greater than 100 grams per day, low animal fat diet has been demonstrated to provide the basis for optimal health. When reading your labels, avoid ALL hydrogenated fats, as they stimulate the liver to increase cholesterol production and convert to "trans-fats", a known cause of free-radical exposure.
