Foray Activities:
Friday and Saturday: A shrimp boil was held Friday evening and preparations were made for Saturday morning field trips to local areas including the DeSoto National Forest.

Guest mycologist: Robert Williams, mycologist from Sarasota, Florida, presented his mushroom slides that have been entered in the NAMA Photo Contest. Many of these have taken top awards. Mr. Williams has been studying Florida mushrooms for over 20 years and has published keys to Florida boletes and lactarii.
