Christmas in July Accessory Set

This accessory set was given to my tablemates at the 2011 National Barbie Doll Convention in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. 

The Christmas sweater, mittens, and scarf are a Christmas ornament purchased at a retail store in 2010.

The cookies were made from polymer clay. The paper plate was cut from circles of a paper plate. I traced two graduated circles with a green marker then wrapped the circle around the back of a marker to make the indentions of the paper plate.

The large gift boxes were made from holiday gift tags. I cut the front and back of the gift tag apart, folded each side a 1/4 inch and cut slits at the ends to fold and glue the boxes together.

The mylar wrapped gifts were purchased at a local craft store and strung together with gold cording.  They were designed to be garland for a miniature Christmas tree.  I cut the packages from the main gold cording.

The Lord & Taylor giftbox and shopping bag were created on the computer, color printed, and color copied.
